Introduction

At Legacy Branding, we stand behind the quality of our services and products. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding refunds for our various offerings. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

Branding Services

Due to the custom nature of our branding services and the significant resources dedicated to each project, our refund policy for these services is structured as follows:

Deposits and Initial Payments

Initial deposits or payments made for branding services are non-refundable. These payments secure your place in our project schedule and allow us to begin the strategic and creative process for your brand.

Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after it has begun:

  • Within 48 hours of the initial project kickoff: 75% of the total project fee paid (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
  • After strategic phase completion but before design begins: 50% of the total project fee paid (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
  • After design work has begun: No refund will be provided for fees already paid, and you remain responsible for any unpaid balances for work completed.

Project Dissatisfaction

We are committed to your satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns about deliverables within the revision parameters outlined in your contract. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us immediately so we can make necessary adjustments.

We do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction after the agreed-upon revision cycles have been completed. This policy protects the significant time, expertise, and resources we invest in each project.

Courses and Educational Content

For our courses, workshops, and educational content, we offer the following refund options:

Online Courses

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our online courses. If you are not completely satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course material.

To request a refund for an online course, please email education@legacybranding.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Live Workshops and Cohort-Based Courses

For live workshops and cohort-based courses:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the start date: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 0-14 days before the start date: No refund
  • After a workshop or course has begun: No refund

In special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may offer credit toward future workshops or courses at our discretion.

Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products and the inability to "return" downloaded content, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products, templates, or resources once they have been downloaded.

However, if there is a technical issue with your download or if the product is defective in some way, please contact support@legacybranding.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support@legacybranding.com
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription until the end of your billing period

Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Exceptions

We evaluate refund requests that fall outside these guidelines on a case-by-case basis. While we strive to be fair and reasonable, we must also protect our business interests and the value of our services and products.

Legacy Branding reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
